Alaska is unique today because it is only a Republican caucus. It will be very late before the results come in, and there is very little polling. This state will be very difficult to call.
The expectation is that Donald Trump will win the state that his endorser, Sarah Palin, once served as Governor of. He lead in the only poll this year, by the Alaska Dispatch, but his lead was only 28-24% over Ted Cruz. In a state with such little polling, that isn't enough to be overly confident. Even so, Cruz has struggled since Iowa, and Trump has done well, and the polls have likely moved that way. It'll be a late night in Alaska, but Trump is the favorite.
