New Hampshire Democratic Prediction
Well, it's the day of the New Hampshire Primary. For a few months now, Senator Bernie Sanders has lead in New Hampshire. Tonight, that means he has to win. A loss would be devastating to his campaign. A win could give him a huge shot of adrenaline.
Hillary Clinton won New Hampshire eight years ago. Bill Clinton's career pretty much took off in 1992 here. They know this state, and many people there have voted for them. They've been behind here before, and they manage to come through.
So what will happen tonight? Sanders should win the state tonight, and I believe he will. Will he win by 20% or more, like some polls showed in the recent past? No. I believe more independent voters will vote in the Republican primary tonight, which will help Clinton come through tonight. I believe that Bernie Sanders will win by 7-8% tonight. Sanders will have 52-53%, Clinton 45%, and the other names on the ballot will collect 3%.
