Offended by Red Cups? I'm Going to Starbucks Today

There is no "War on Christmas." Just because people choose to acknowledge that other religions celebrate Winter holidays does not mean that your holiday is under attack. You can still celebrate Christmas. You can still say Merry Christmas to your fellow Christians. Acknowledging there are different people is not going to hurt you. No, the "PC Movement" is not hurting you at all. Just stop this whining.

The latest target is Starbucks, who apparently have a red, holiday season cup. This apparently offends people who think we have to "maintain our Christian heritage." These people are wrong. Their views are wrong. Their target is wrong. Starbucks is not harming them by having this cup. This is a stupid debate. If they want to fight the "War on Christmas," they can start by feeding the hungry, healing the sick, providing shelter for the homeless, and maybe following the teachings of Jesus for one time in their lives. I guarantee you that the Christ is not worried about a Starbucks cup.

I'm going to Starbucks today. I'm getting the red cup every chance I get between now and Christmas. Enough of this nonsense.
